Laurence is an experienced international transformation leader, helping CEOs and Boards develop business strategy, implement change and turn around business performance.

 

As a senior international executive and non-executive in Industrial and Consumer products, she has worked for private equity, family, listed and NGO businesses. She delivers value by creating and executing sustainable growth strategies, by implementing disruptive business transformations - including in M&A - and by leading innovative business turnarounds. ​​

 

Laurence brings a multi-cultural perspective to senior leadership, which she developed over years of living and working across Europe and the Americas. She speaks fluent English, Spanish, German, French and Dutch.

 

As the Chair of the Board of Fairtrade International and a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Travel Sentry, she contributes her diversity of thought and experience of B2B, B2C and B2B2C.
